We are doing grooming for our pet Ruby here at Petflix. Really professional job by Mr. Franklin. This is our fourth time in consecutive months.

I bring my cat, Vanilla, there for his annual vaccinations and grooming. Christine is always quick to respond, whether through WhatsApp or their Facebook page.

Was very satisfied with home visit for my cat vaccinations, she loved them from first sight.

Dr. Abdallah took very good care of my cat Bella and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured.

Dr. Abdalla carefully reviewed my cat's full medical history and provided valuable insights and clear explanations about her condition. Despite how aggressive my cat can be, he avoided sedation, handled her with great care, gave her treats, and managed her in a calm and professional manner.

I rescued two cats from the street, and it turned into a disaster when they suddenly got terribly sick. While looking for urgent help, I visited Petflix since they were luckily open from 8 a.m. I visited twice daily for two weeks. Thankfully, my cats are now back to normal and are waiting for their first vaccination at the same place.

I took my cat Sky here for her spaying surgery. She felt so comfortable and safe throughout the process. The doctor is very experienced and took the time to explain everything we asked about.

My cat was in such a critical condition, and thanks to Dr. Sara's quick response and expertise, she's now healthy and back to her playful self.

I brought Moonie, my rescue cat, to Petflix. She tested positive for Coronavirus and Calicivirus. She was given proper treatment and recovered. After that, she developed a fungal infection and underwent treatment again. Moonie has fully recovered and is now vaccinated.

They handled my 3-month-old puppy with patience and kindness. I appreciate the clean environment and the follow up reminders. Would love even more guidance on nutrition and puppy development, but overall I feel confident bringing my pet here.
