What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, your pet’s details and medical history, when you call, message us on WhatsApp or visit the clinic. The website also records general browsing data through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

To book appointments, provide care, send vaccination and recheck reminders, and measure how the website and adverts perform. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Who we share it with

The practice-management and booking system we use, outside laboratories when a test is sent away, and authorities when UAE law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing info@petflixvet.com. Medical records are kept for as long as UAE regulations require.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising. You can turn them off in your browser and the site will still work.
