What time are you open?
Every day from 8 AM to 12 AM, including Fridays and public holidays. After midnight the clinic doors are closed, but the phone is still answered. The person who picks up will tell you whether your cat or dog can wait until 8 AM or needs a hospital that is open overnight.
How much is a consultation?
AED 120. That covers the examination and a written plan. Tests, medication and procedures are priced separately, and you are told the cost before anything is done. The full list is on the price list page.
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are seen. Booked patients go first, so a WhatsApp message an hour ahead usually saves you the wait. Surgery, dental work and grooming do need a booked slot because they use the theatre or the grooming table.
Which animals do you treat?
Cats and dogs. For birds, rabbits and reptiles we will give you the name of a clinic that sees them, because they need different equipment and training.
Can a vet come to my home?
Yes. A vet and a nurse visit for examinations, vaccinations and simple treatments. Anything that needs an x-ray, ultrasound or anaesthetic is done at the clinic. See home vet visits for what is and is not possible at home.

Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Booked patients are seen first, and urgent cases go ahead of everyone. A WhatsApp message an hour before you come usually shortens the wait.
Can I stay with my pet during the examination?
Yes, in the consulting room. During x-rays, surgery and anaesthesia you wait in reception, and we call you as soon as it is finished.
Will I get an estimate before treatment?
Yes, always. After the examination you get a written estimate that lists each item. Nothing is started until you have agreed the figure.
How do I get my pet’s medical records?
Ask at the desk or on WhatsApp. We send the reports, lab results and x-ray images, and you are free to take them to any other vet.
