8 AM to 12 AM, including Fridays and public holidays. The phone is answered after that.

Consultation, vaccines, neutering, dental scaling and grooming are on the price list. Everything else is quoted in writing first.

X-ray, ultrasound, blood chemistry and PCR are done on site, so a diagnosis rarely needs a second trip.
